Plumbing Maintenance *(Regularly $225)

Included once per year*

• Full water heater flush to remove sediment buildup and improve efficiency

• Inspection of all plumbing fixtures—faucets, sinks, showerheads, hose bibs—for leaks or wear

• Toilet testing for hidden leaks and proper flushing

• Complete plumbing system inspection, including all accessible supply and drain lines, under-sink piping, crawl spaces (if accessible), water pressure testing, drainage evaluation, shut-off valve checks, and code compliance verification

HVAC Maintenance *(Regularly $200/year per system)

Includes 1 system; add additional systems for $75 each*

• Seasonal tune-ups (spring & fall) to ensure peak heating and cooling performance

• System inspection including refrigerant level checks, coil cleaning, electrical testing, ductwork inspection, and drain line clearing

• Free dryer vent and ductwork inspection included annually

Chimney Maintenance *(Up to $250 value)

All chimney services include a thorough cleaning and inspection of key components such as the firebox, flue, chimney cap, smoke chamber, and gas connections (if applicable). Our inspections also help prevent chimney swifts and other animals from entering or nesting by checking your cap, crown, and recommending proper guards.
