We offer three membership options, each performed by certified professionals and offered at exclusive discounted rates for our valued customers:
Woodstove Sweep & Level 1 Inspection – $175 (Regularly $250): Includes a full chimney sweep to remove creosote and soot from your woodstove system, along with a detailed Level 1 inspection of the firebox, flue, stovepipe, chimney cap, and all accessible components to ensure safe, proper operation.
Open Fireplace Sweep & Level 1 Inspection – $150 (Regularly $225): A complete sweep to eliminate creosote and debris, plus a thorough inspection of your firebox, flue, damper, smoke chamber, and chimney crown for any damage, drafting issues, or safety concerns.
Gas Log Service – $75 (Regularly $125): Includes full cleaning and inspection of your gas log set, burner assembly, ignition system, and gas connections to ensure reliable and safe performance.
As a Maintenance Member, you also receive priority call-in scheduling, meaning faster response times, especially during peak season and 10% off all parts and labor for any repairs or upgrades needed throughout the year.
